It’s a privilege to serve as the CEO for Kintsugi Hope. I have a passion for seeing people supported with their all round wellbeing - whether emotional, mental, material, spiritual or relational. My role is to equip and empower the Kintsugi Hope team and our partner organisations, to deliver the most positive outcomes for people across all 4 nations of the UK. My Christian faith is core to who I am and serves to inform all that I do. I love time with family and friends, a good laugh and a good book to read.
ellie.gage@kintsugihope.comI'm the Communications Manager for Kintsugi Hope and manage all things social media, website and more! I love the variety of my role and especially love talking to people who have been impacted by the work of Kintsugi Hope. I've been at Kintsugi Hope since 2019 and seen the charity grow. My favourite holiday location is Greece and my go to comfort food is pie and mash! I'm currently on maternity leave with baby number 2!
jess.cooper@kintsugihope.comI spear lead Training & Groups, and I am the ‘go to’ person for group leaders in need!! (Lol) I love the concept of the wellbeing groups and what they provide and I am dedicated to making both training for group leaders and the groups material the best thing Kintsugi Hope offers! I love that people find belonging, friendship, a place to be themselves, in the wellbeing groups. I have personally learnt so much from attending and running our Kintsugi Hope wellbeing groups over the years. That has changed my life, and I hope that this is what it does for anyone who attend our groups around the country

I am responsible for developing our network of partners across the UK, with a specific focus on leading Kintsugi Hope Scotland. I enjoy open water swimming, usually in my local loch, walks with our cuddly Cockerpoo and curling up with a good book in front of the fire.
rebecca.raynes@kintsugihope.comI’m Regional Coordinator for Yorkshire and The Humber and I’m keen to work alongside churches and charities in the North, giving them the opportunity to be a part of this inspiring movement. One of the most powerful things we can offer someone who is going through mental and emotional difficulties is to show them that they are seen and heard. That is why I am passionate for Kintsugi Hope Wellbeing Groups to be taking place in all areas; they allow people a safe space where they can share their stories, see they are valued and that they are not on their own. I live in Huddersfield with my husband and two adult sons. In my spare time I like to cook, craft and spend time with my friends and beloved bunnies!
natasha.jamieson@kintsugihope.comI'm Naomi and I joined Kintsugi Hope on my gap year and have stayed ever since, assisting with the Wellbeing Groups whilst studying Law at University. I help signpost people to the groups, read all your lovely Group Leader applications, support Group Leaders and am the main point of contact for our ambassadors- I love doing a wide variety of tasks. I split my time between Sheffield and the Kintsugi Hope office in Essex. When I am not studying or working, I enjoy travelling to as many countries as I can.
naomi.pater@kintsugihope.comI’m the Systems and Finance Lead for Kintsugi Hope, known as the “Systems Ninja,” and my role is all about making our work run smoothly and efficiently, bringing a bit of order to the chaos so the team can focus on what they do best. I joined Kintsugi Hope in 2023, and I absolutely love the work we do and the amazing people I get to work with. I’m all about keeping things fun and positive—there’s always time for a laugh! I am a Christmas enthusiast and ready to bring the cheer any chance I get!
julie.wilson@kintsugihope.comI'm the Office Manager for Kintsugi Hope and look after a variety of moving parts that enable our team to do the wonderful work we all do here at Kintsugi Hope. Having worked in the corporate sector for many years, it was a joy and an honour to be able to join the Kintsugi Hope family in 2023 and see first hand the impact made by our team, volunteers, Group Leaders and hear amazing stories of hope from our Wellbeing Group participants. When I'm not at work, I have a broad range of interests, from walking in the countryside with my husband, exploring new places, going to the theatre, enjoying live comedy and music and keeping healthy & happy through regular exercise.
jane.daniels@kintsugihope.comI'm the Mental Health and Wellbeing Lead for Kintsugi Hope and the Bristol Regional Lead. I'm passionate about seeing churches equipped to support people with their mental health, and I love delivering training as part of our Mental Health Friendly Church project. I'm an accredited CBT therapist with over 20 years of experience in the NHS, and I've also experienced my own struggles with mental health which means I can bring that expertise into everything we do here at Kintsugi Hope. I absolutely believe in self care too so in my free time I run (very slowly), garden and crochet, and my super-power is reading novels extraordinarily quickly.

maria.oyedele@kintsugihope.comAt Kintsugi Hope, trustees play an essential role in guiding our mission to mend and transform lives with care and resilience. They provide strategic leadership and robust governance, ensuring that our work aligns with our vision of healing and empowerment.
Our wonderful Volunteer Ambassadors are an important and valued part of Kintsugi Hope, and we are so grateful for all their contributions. Our Ambassadors are based all around the UK, and as we continue to grow and support churches in responding to the increasing need for connection and relationship, they help us stay connected to our local church partners and group leaders. They also help introduce the vision and mission of Kintsugi Hope to churches and organisations in their community who may not yet have discovered how Kintsugi Hope may be able to support them. If you are a Group Leader and would be interested in finding out more about becoming a Volunteer Ambassador, please email groups@kintsugihope.com.
