About Diane Regan

As Operations Manager, Diane overseas all Kintsugi Hope’s day to day running of the organisation; managing the creation and delivery of services, planning, organising, coordinating and controlling all the resources needed to enable Wellbeing Groups to run, led by her passion to help people realize and fulfil their potential.

In previous roles, Diane has worked in both the corporate and charitable sectors seeking to strengthen the two worlds by bringing them together. Most importantly, Diane is mum to four children, and is also a School Governor and Chair of the charity Christians in Entertainment.

Diane is the first to admit she makes mistakes every day but is grateful that this doesn't mean she's a failure, it makes her human. If she had one sentence she was allowed to communicate, it would be that we're called to love, not to fix.

Patrick Regan OBE

About Patrick Regan

Patrick Regan OBE is an activist whose passion is speaking about resilience, courage and wellbeing. He founded two award-winning charities, XLP and, most recently, Kintsugi Hope, in partnership with his wife, Diane. Kintsugi Hope has pioneered Kintsugi Wellbeing groups all over the UK to help people in the area of their mental health.

Patrick is a mental health first aider, a campaigner on issues of social justice and was awarded an OBE for his services to the young by Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. He is an Honorary Fellow of the South Bank University for his contribution to Justice and Wellbeing. In 2023 Patrick was awarded "Most Influential CEO for Mental Health Training" by CEO Monthly.

This is Patrick’s seventh book. His previous titles cover his work with tackling poverty and educational failure, and his own journey with mental, emotional and spiritual health following major limb reconstruction surgery. Patrick is married to Diane, and they have four children.

About Ludivine Kadimba

Ludivine joined Kintsugi Hope in January 2018 as the charity's Administrator/PA. Immediately prior to that, Ludivine worked as a Research Analyst in Corporate Governance for four years. This was her first full time appointment after juggling motherhood, studies, part-time work and volunteering for over 10 years. Having studied NGO and Development Management, Ludivine always wanted to come back to the third sector.

Originally from France, Ludivine came to the UK on a gap year over twenty years ago. She fell in love with the UK and the rest is history! A mother of four children, she is kept busy outside work. Having had a number of close relationships with people struggling with their mental health, Ludivine is passionate about eradicating stigma and believes that the mental health dialogue must be ongoing.

Joel heads up the Youth & Student stream of our wellbeing groups, he is passionate about seeing his generation be freed from the shackles of poor mental health. When he is not working you will find him with a book in a coffee shop.

About Jane Diggines

I am thrilled to be able to become a part of the Kintsugi team as Assistant Administrator. I have always had a passion and awareness for people who struggle with mental health. I have previously volunteered for two different charities who work with secondary schools, as a one to one mentor, and the other for a self-esteem course for teenage girls. I was born and raised in Zimbabwe, and have lived in the uk for 19 years. I am a wife and a mother to 2 children. Oh and I love nature walks, coffee dates and beaches and good food!

About Louise Bethge

I am passionate about mental health being seen as an important aspect of life that deserves attention and nurturing. My past work experience of the insurance and finance industry bring administration skills to my role. During the last 16 years I have had the privilege of being a mum to two children as well as being involved in working and volunteering with families and young children. I am also a wife and enjoy spending time with my family visiting new and favourite places, baking, drinking coffee and exercising.

About Natasha Petrović

Natasha joined the team to assist with operations. Natasha has been with Kintsugi Hope since the very beginning performing on every tour! Natasha is a classically trained violinist and is currently studying Theology part time at London School of Theology.

About Lynette Brooks

Lynette started her working life as a nurse and Health Visitor, then left the NHS to go to Bible school, followed by a season on team at a Jamaican school.

Lynette worked for many years as a member of the team at Waverley Abbey Trust (CWR), before bringing her wide teaching, publishing and management experience to Kintsugi Hope. She is also a trained Counsellor and loves helping people to grow and flourish. Her biggest joy and hope is that every single person is shown that they are known, loved and valued for who they are.

Lynette’s husband is an ardent Arsenal fan, and they have 3 adult children and 3 grandchildren.

Mentally Healthy Friendly Church Project Manager

About Rachael Newham

Rachael manages the Mental Health Friendly Church Project at Kintsugi Hope. She founded Christian mental health charity ThinkTwice and led it for a decade before joining Kintsugi Hope. Rachael studied her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Theology at the London School of Theology and is the author of Learning to Breathe and ‘And Yet'. She lives in Hertfordshire with her husband and young son, and can usually be found drinking coffee.

About Charlotte Devereux

Charlotte started working at Kintsugi Hope in September 2021 after being in various fundraising, communications and supporter engagement roles at other Christian charities. She loves meeting new people and hearing about their lives, as well as taking her dog for long walks in the country with her family!

Charlotte is looking forward to getting involved with all that goes on at Kintsugi Hope, and giving people the opportunity to get involved with what God is doing through the charity – she believes fundraising is a partnership, not a means to an end, and looks forward to building relationships with our fantastic supporters, partners and friends in the coming months!

About Naomi Pater

My name is Naomi and I joined Kintsugi Hope on my gap year as an intern, as well as volunteering with alpacas on my local farm. Now, I am a student studying Law at the University of Sheffield. In my spare time, I work remotely for Kintsugi and return to the office during holidays doing data administration for the charity. When I am not busy working, I love to travel!

About Clarie Miles

Clarie Miles is the Mental Health and Wellbeing Coordinator for Kintsugi Hope. She is passionate about seeing churches equipped to support people with their mental and emotional health and helping create safe and supportive places for their members as well as providing an invaluable and timely means of serving the local community. She is an accredited CBT therapist with over 16 years of experience working in the NHS, and serves on the pastoral care team in her local church in Bristol, where she attends with her husband and three children.

About Noleen Andrews

Noleen is EA to CEO and Events Manager. Noleen moved to the UK in 2018 from Cape Town in South Africa. Noleen loved being outdoors and active with her young family and dog. Noleen has a passion of working for a cause that has a purpose and impact. Noleen has a background in other PA and office management roles and works hard to keep the team organised!

About Caitlyn Kelly

Caitlyn is our Northern Ireland Development Manager at Kintsugi Hope. Caitlyn has a passion for connecting with others and is excited to see Kintsugi Hope grow further within Northern Ireland, and support churches and communities with their wellbeing and mental health. "Being able to see and be part of new conversations surrounding mental health and wellbeing with God as the focus is rejuvenating and inspiring, especially in today's world."

Caitlyn is eager to build new relationships and connections with churches and communities across NI, as well as engage with and grow existing relationships and partnerships. She lives in Derry/Londonderry and will always be seen with an Iced coffee in hand.

About Bec Raynes

I live in the beautiful Scottish Highlands with my husband and grown-up daughters. I am part of a local church where I serve as Pastoral and Admin Lead, having worked for many years in youth work in the state and third sectors.

I am passionate about seeing people realise their potential and the power of listening and am excited to help build a network of supportive communities across Scotland providing a safe space for folks to flourish.

I enjoy open water swimming (even in the winter!), walks with our cuddly Cockerpoo and curling up with a good book in front of the fire.
